Most Disliked
Though the food generally receives high marks, some diners point out issues with the layout and cleanliness of the inside seating area. There are mentions of Styrofoam being used for takeout, which is not considered eco-friendly. A few customers experienced minor mistakes with their orders, particularly regarding modifications like the presence of tomatoes on burgers. While the atmosphere is casual, it may lack the refinement some diners seek. Also, the peak times can lead to longer waits, especially on weekends. Parking, while free, might be limited during busier times, prompting concerns for those visiting during lunch or dinner rush.

I’ve been hearing great things about this place. Love that the halal sign is displayed on the door as you enter. I got the western bacon burger with no tomato. There was a tomato on the burger and that is my only complaint. The bacon was the perfect consistency. The onion ring was crispy and the burger was cooked to perfection. I asked the brother at the register what was his favorite and he said the western bacon and Cali melt! I will def try the Cali melt on my next visit! 10/10…I definitely recommend!!

Let me just say this: if you're not eating Cali Burger, what are you even doing with your life? This place is serving up 100% halal goodness that’ll make your taste buds sing and your diet cry. We're talking loaded fries that don’t quit, chicken sandwiches that slap, and burgers so good you’ll consider writing them a love letter. And yes, even the bacon is halal; beef bacon, baby. Now let’s talk about the Pastrami Burger, aka the burger that changed my life. This glorious stack of beef, pastrami, cheese, and pure magic had me questioning everything I thought I knew about burgers. I didn’t eat it, I experienced it. Oh, and if you’ve got a sweet tooth? Their milkshakes are basically dessert royalty. I had the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one and it tasted like Saturday morning cartoons and happiness. Bonus: they’ve got a drive-through. So whether you're in a rush or just rocking questionable pants, you don’t even need to get out of the car to dive into deliciousness. Final verdict? Cali Burgers is the real deal. Go for the halal, stay for the flavor-induced bliss.

We were in the area and decided to try Cali burger and we had a good experience.I ordered one double bacon burger combo which came with fries and a drink. The burger was made fresh and loved how much bacon they put on the burger. The fries were good and seasoned and i loved the sauce that came to dip with it! My meal came out to about $14 with tax. The inside seating area could use a little work but otherwise everything was fine. Came on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was about a 15 minute wait for our food to come out.

Visited once from out of town. Got a #6 jalapeno burger combo. No frills. Solid burger as is with toppings. Crinkle cut fries were excellent. Both fries and burger were very fresh. Combo cost $11 + tax. They do use Styrofoam which is not the greatest choice. Restaurant was clean. Weird use of the internal space but nothing wrong with it. Staff were friendly.

Oh boy! I went to Cali Burger for the first time on Thursday 10/16/25 between 8 and 9pm. At the moment our order was taken at the drive-thru, I could already tell this was going to be a fun experience. There were three of us who ordered. I ordered a Cali Burger with cheese and bacon, and onion rings, and a drink. I also asked for lots of ketchup. Not only did our food come out quickly, the service was fun and friendly, likeness if they were taking care of family! I'm pretty sure our window guy wanted he and I to be brothers!!! And, yes! He loaded me up with ketchup too! My Cali burger was also what I would expect of a decent hamburger. I could really taste the beef as well as sink my teeth into that phat beef patty! My onion rings were amazingly crispy just the way I like them! In all, I want to buy a house close to Cali Burger so I can go there every day to see my new family.

It was a pleasurable experience to have had the opportunity to have visited this place twice in a two week span. The quality, quantity as well as portion sizes per menu item were great! The food was very delicious and filling. Coming from FL where halal burgers are a far reach, this satisfied my taste buds! It is a nice spot for all ages to visit and it is a great and ideal locations for families to meet and greet. My only complaint would be that the female toilet area needs better attending too and the supplies in the bathroom needs to be thoroughly checked. The eating and dining area just needs to be a little bit more tidy prior to when people take their seat. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely visit back again and again whenever in NC.

Really wanted a burger for lunch so I decided to give this place a try since I was in the area. The burger and fries were freshly cooked. Both were very good. It took a little while but I had no problem with that because they weren't sitting under a heat lamp or cold and the fries were great. The only thing I wish was the fries had a little more of the seasoning on them. I only had a few that had it on there but maybe I was supposed to ask so I cannot complain. I got the single bacon Cali burger combo and I would definitely come here again. The place was very clean and they kept doing that every 10 minutes.
